Our registered massage therapist Morgan Kennedy has extensive training in prenatal massage and offers the prenatal bolster on the bed to allow expecting mothers to lay face down comfortably. Cupping Massage Therapy by Morgan Kennedy
Cupping massage provided by a registered massage therapist. Cupping therapy is used to help increase blood flow to a targeted area. It uses both the lymphatic and circulatory system to flush out fluid, waste products and stagnant blood from those areas. This can be helpful for individuals with increased tension, reduced range of motion, fascial restrictions and much more.
The cupping marks that appear after a treatment are not bruises. They can simply mean that there was increased tension in that area and is in the process of healing. These spots can last anywhere from a few hours to a couple of weeks.

Prenatal Massage Information
Our registered massage therapist Morgan Kennedy who is specially trained in pre-natal massage, will offer all the specialized pregnancy bolster on the bed. This allows, the expectant mother to be able to lay comfortably faced down. There are special cut outs for the abdomen and chest. Additional support cushions and pillows at your request to provide a comfortable and proper pre and post-pregnancy massage.
Our RMT’s ensure your comfort and safety is their first priority. Therefore we require that expectant mothers choose the prenatal massage option at all stages of pregnancy.

Registered Hot Stone Massage by Morgan Kennedy
A hot stone massage provided by a registered massage therapist. Hot Stone massages are commonly used as a relaxation treatment but can also be very therapeutic. Soapstone and basalt stones are used to retain heat and used to apply a deep heat into the tissues. This is done by moving the stones along the tissues or by placing them stationary on the body. This can be great for reducing tension, improving relaxation while helping with healing.
45-60 minute will be great for a couple of areas of the body while a 90 minute session will work well for a full body treatment.
